Mirror question

Amazon and eBay have a bunch of trailer style mirrors that are heated and have the red turn signal blinker. I was wondering if I ordered a set of these if they would work on my truck since my mirrors now do not have the heat or turn signal option? Mine are of course powered mirrors and not fold in style. I've read many different things on these bit wanted I see if anybody has done this to their truck? Mine is a 2012 silverado lt. Thanks

I did this swap on my 06 with no problems. I'm not sure what would be involved in your swap. Do a search on here, there sould be plenty of info.

Would it be possible to PM me a vin #?? You can get those mirrors OEM from the dealer as an accessory package.

how do you know if you have heated mirrors or not? only thing i know about my mirrors is that they do have the power adjust button to adjust the glass.
