I am selling a 3" diameter Westin bull bar finished in black powdercoat. Also, the contrasting silver skidplate I had powdercoated in a sand texture black for a very cool effect. This is how it should have came! Also, installed is the license plate relocation (to mount your front license plate to the front of the bull bar). This is brand new and was test-fit up the truck but never used. I ended up not being able to use the original bumper end caps on the factory bumper due to the size of the wheels and the lift kit, so I ended up taking it all off and installing an Iron Bull bumper instead. This looks like new, because it is. Actually better than new since the front section is now powdercoated black as well.

Do the tow hooks need to be removed to mount this? Also does it drop below the bumper when mounted?

Yes, tow hooks need to be removed to mount it to the frame rails. And no, it doesn't limit ground clearance or go below the bumper. It starts at the tow hooks and goes up. Protects some of the area above the bumper and a little of the grill.
