Door Hinge Rust

What are you guys doing about the door hinges? Both my trucks are garage kept and both have rusted.

I don't have rust but my driver side lower hinge roller has stopped rolling back and forth when i open the door so now its sounds like its a 15yr old door hinge. I've oiled and greased it from new but it still screwed up.
