BDS 6" / NFabs / Toyos / 35s

Finally, after months of deciding what to do. I finally made a choice of lift & tires thanks to Matt_ && Cparks555. Those two helped me out a lot of what lift to go with. Thought about getting the FTS 7".
But, I'm pretty sure I made a good decision with the BDS 6".

The lift is so awesome, along with the Fox Shocks in the rear. Its rides pretty good, especially the Toyo MT's, I think I found a tire that suits me for the rest of my life. They handle great, I haven't had 'em in the rain yet. But, I'm sure they will do good. They do hum, but not as bad as I was expecting. Interstate is quite more noticeably.....I always listen to music, so thats no big deal.

Once I picked it up yesterday from RPM in Bristol, TN. They're friendly & answered all my questions without no hesitation. So my ride home is a hour away, 15 mins of the interstate & rest on the four lane back home. My truck did pretty good, trans temp didn't go up. Stayed between 130 & 155 the whole way home. Goes higher up if I'm in town, since its working harder. Might regear down the road with 4.56's.

Installed my N-Fabs this morning with a help of my neighbor & they look real good, definitely need that step there.....Well anyways, here are the PICS!

Looks nice! I'll be lifting mine pretty soon, just gotta decide on how high and either 33s or 35s.

What lift?

Turned out awesome dude, congrats! Since you're already tuned, how does it drive with those 35's?

Well, I'm still on my old tune. I wanna get gears first, but that would be a while. So next month, sometime I get a new tune for my current setup.

Man that came out awesome!!

Thanks man!!!

Still not sure which one I should go with, haha. I've lately been looking at the BDS and RCD kits. I'd really like to go with a 6 inch kit but for some reason I'm not wanting to go with 35s probably because of the extra expense of re-gearing and more stress on the front end parts than just having 33s. It seems like everyone is telling me I'd need and want 35s with a 6 inch lift.

Once you re tune let me know how your truck turns those tires, might have to get BB tune before gears since its so much cheaper. Congrats again man!

damn bro looks good... I would build up that tranny, with 150k and those tires and lift with a 4L60, i wouldnt think it would hold up to well.

Thank you bro! Whay would you recommend with the upgrade on the tranny?

Holy mileage! My 07 just turned 25k.

By looking at my truck, you wouldn't think it would've that many miles!

Well, it looks like your pics are photobucket, so what I do(and I'm old and probably doing it wrong) is go to photobucket, choose a picture-I like the forth one - and click edit, then adjustments I think, and then crop, then crop the top and bottom off(sky, asphalt etc.), and then click resize from the adjustments tab and try to get around the 700 x 200 pixels max. I usually double click the width size and change it to 700 and see where my height is. If the height is still over 200 pixels I click undo and change the height to 200 pixels and the width will then be under 700 pixels. I usually just change one or the other(width or height) or the picture gets distorted from the stretch or compression of the second adjustment. I also click save as a copy rather than save or replace the original, in case I screwed up the picture...winded answer but I didn't know how much help you really needed. I'm probably the wrong guy to help anyway, my calculator in school was an abacus and the only video game that I ever had was pong... :dunno:
