Yeah, but 1 and 3 were made 10 years apart? They couldn't figure it out (like all the other games) by then?

The crew has a closed beta, the reports aren't good. Bad graphics and arcadey handling. Hopefully that's just the beta issues

May just be the style of the game. I wish I could re-play all the old MGS titles without buying other consoles.

As for the racing games, I'll stick with NFS for now I guess.

You can if you have a PS3.

MGS 2, MGS 3, peace walker, (and MG 1 & 2 are in MGS 3)all on the HD collection, and MGS1 is a download for PS3.

You can buy them all together in the MGS Legacy Collection.

Same engine as Watch Dogs. That thing was hounded for underperforming. The E3. "Real gameplay" looked great, and (I haven't played it) the real game supposedly doesn't look nearly as good,.

So I managed to blow a good portion of the day playing COD: Ghosts. Realizing that I'm likely to blow through the campaign mode on both this and Advanced Warfare pretty quickly what is everyone's thoughts on Battlefield 4? I know another one is due out next year so I figure there is some good gameplay in those.

Was glitchy as hell. Would drop frames. Multiplayer was t that great.

COD and BF are rivals. Apple & Android, pick your poison. I used to be huge fan of CoD back in the day, my main thing was COD 4 but that was back in 07. I can't really stand that game now, it's all the same to me. I'm more of a fan of BF because the style of play is a lot different than Call of Duty's. Engagements happen from a distance and can go from a close indoor firefight to a few hundred meters out with snipers. I like Battlefield over Call of Duty but that's just my opinion. Story wise they are both short (5 hours give or take) online is where they both shine. Not too interested in BF Hardline though, looks like it's becoming another COD. If I were you I'd get BF4 and see how you like it.

Interesting. COD 4 was the last one I played during the brief time I had PS3. I liked that quite a bit. I know a lot of people seemed to dislike Ghosts but I blew like 6 hours playing it Saturday and enjoyed the hell out of it. I need to play it more offline before I do anything online or I'll get my butt kicked. lol

I got home from the first trip early so I was actually here to get GTA. Looking forward to it.

Oh and I read that the in-car first person view works when you pick up hookers. I know what I want to try first.

The excitement of getting a new game dims a bit when you spend ages downloading updates and doing whatever the hell the game does when you first run it. I should've just inserted it this afternoon and let it run.

Yes it does. I havent even booted it up on my ps4 yet and have yet to use multiplayer on wither console

GTA was a bunch of fun. I need to call it a night but I did just enough missions so I could roam the city and cause havoc.

Couldn't find a damn hooker though.

Not sure of your age but let me give you a back in my day moment if you will.

Well back in my day games still cost the same they do today $50-60 and more then 50% of them were broken piece of crap that stayed broken because of no means of deploying a patch, be happy that today you get a 12gb patch fixing game breaking bugs and adding content because none of that existed previous to the ps3/x360.
