Might not hurt to email black bear for any of their recommendations with a cam swap since they have tuned your truck accordingly already.

So the guys at Comp recommended the 156-401-13 cam with new valves and push rods. He also said I wouldn't need a stall converter with that cam. I've been looking for a dyno with that cam but can only find the 502 and 503 models. The dyno showed about 70hp gain in the 502 and 80 in the 503. Does anyone know what the 401 will give me?

Personally, I would go smaller for a DD, maybe the 210/224 version, same LSA. You will need valve springs and push rods.

All those 5's should be 4's I didn't even notice that till now. And I'll check those out. I had Comp hook me up with the right push rods and springs, just need to figure out the right cam and if I need a new converter or not.
