I was told these are GM mirrors, it has GM right on the mirrors when I took them out of the box. Lined them right up next to ones from the factory and they were identical.

That's good to here. Thank you.

Looking at the website you pointed to and the price, I seriously doubt they are genuine GM parts, they are probably the same ones going for about the same price on eBay. Nice mirrors from what I've read, but not official GM parts (with GM warranty, which is usually 1 year, not the "10 year guarantee" on the website.

Glad you like them and they don't shake, I may wind up going that route on my truck.

Maybe they are full of it, who knows haha. I talked to the guy from that site on the phone and he said they are GM mirrors that they sell. Ill look and see if I can find a GM part number on my mirrors. Everything is good on them, I got up to around 80 this morning just to test and the right one did start to shake/vibrate just a little bit but the left one was still solid. I have tried to find a torque spec on these but no luck yet. Anyone know? If it continues to shake or vibrate I will be going back to my stock ones. And these will be for sale but we will see. THANKS!

The part numbers for the required items according to the bulletin are for the mirrors with Turn Signals in them. Here are the part numbers for a new switch and wire harness if you don't have the correct pins in the plugs upon inspection. The new code if you go to the dealership is DPN. These are all dealership part numbers and costs. You can find them cheaper.

Mirror - 22820397 $422.25

Mirror - 22820398 $422.25

Switch - 22754405 $52.25

Driver and Passenger Door Harnesses - 23130306 $122.60

- 23130322 $131.69

Have any of you installed the door wiring harnesses, mentioned above, in you truck to make the turn signals work in the tow mirrors?

Following. Curious about the wire loom part number to get the blinkers to work.

Do you need add new wire harness for DPN mirrors with blinkers to work on a 2015 2500 LT that had just power mirror and heat?

I have been trying to get this question answered also. I hope sooner or later we get an answer. The door harness is a little expensive to just take a shot to see if it works.

I'll gladly send someone a free door harness to do the legwork to find out. [emoji106]

I will be happy to volunteer and get the work done the day the harness arrives. Send me a pm and I'll send you my contact info.

I am bumping this again to see if anyone has been able to answer this question yet. SuperchargedSS's harness offer above is for someone who has added the power fold camping mirrors. I just need to know if I can make the blinkers in the mirrors work by adding the correct door harness.

    • Can ask that about a lot of places.   Holiday sells 91 for $1 over 87 octane. BP 93 is 80 cents. Amoco 93 is 80 cents Kwik Trips is $1.20 for 92 or whatever they have and $1 for the 91.   I know that this is not exactly same as what you are saying with the premium to premium debate of those two stations but why is there such a difference. Top Tier this and that, it's all BS. All the fuel comes from the same damn refinery, so give me a break.
    • Why does Mobil Premium cost 90 cents a gallon more than Shell Premium when their regular offerings are but pennies apart?
    • Was all the way down to $3.69 a gallon but then jumped back to $3.99 just because for some reason.   Diesel floats between $4.80's to $5.10ish a gallon. I even saw Diesel #1 for $6.09 today but nobody in there right mind even buys that in the summer.
    • Mine just keeps lagging or getting stuck on the reverse camera. When I turn off the truck, get out, and close the door it will still stay on. It’s very intermittent and I would not be able to duplicate the issue.
    • I was checking out fuel prices at my farm fuel retailer at their pumps and yes the farm price is a bit lower than the non dyed fuel and was glad to see that the regular farm gas price has dropped a lot from what it had been but what blew me away was the price of diesel as the spread now compared to before the prices went up earlier in the year, diesel was actually slightly lower than gas which was a switch from the theme the last number of years. However that sure isn't the theme lately and definitely not right now. The prices I will post are not from that retailer but just looking at gasbuddy for the main city in this area and instead of posting the lowest price someone found I will list the higher price ( and that may not be the highest price, just whatever someone posted on gasbuddy ).   So regular gas and there are a lot of stations listing the same price for regular is 1.68 a liter, premium 2.00 a liter. Diesel 2.03 a liter for a top price I saw on diesel.   Figures out to 6.36 a us gallon Canadian funds for regular and 7.68 for diesel. With the US exchange rate it would be 4.58 us for regular and 5.53 for diesel.    Thought I would figure that out to get a picture of what it settles out like compared to various US prices and its about the same as the current price in Fairbanks AK as Anchorage tends to be lower. So yes, these would be the prices and higher along the way on the Alaska highway where they know they have a captured market !, for fuel prices for those beginning the long drive back to the lower 48   The problem is our Canadian dollar and going to the states that have the high prices, boy do we pay then !
