Greetings. I've purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra and I'm on this forum to monitor other owner's good and bad news of their 2014 Sierras.

I've been a faithful GM owner since I started driving....centuries ago to some. I've been a fan of GM starting back when my Grand Father sold GM products for over thirty years in Lethbridge Alberta. First the Pontiac/Buick/GMC lines at Enerson's, then Chevrolet, Olds and Cadillac at Beny's. Both dealers are gone.

My family members have owned GM's in the past purchased thru my Grandfather.

My other GM vehicles as today are a 2006 Cadillac CTS and a 1969 Pontiac GTO.

While my GMC has proven itself as more than just a pick up truck but also as a luxury vehicle. there are numerous positive points to this truck that I'm sure everybody would agree to. But the joy and excitement has worn off since I've discovered that my GMC has a towing package, it does not feature the JL1 option. Therefore I am forced to use an aftermarket trailer brake controller. And the agony begins when I found out there is no GM designed or approved jumper harness from a junction box under the dash to the aftermarket controller. I will add dialogue to this situation on other threads, but for now, I can say I'm open to more comments and suggestion from the many who are in the same boat as me.

In the mean time, I'll try to share pictures of my other GM vehicles.

Thanx. I'm still working on the picture thing here. It's been as tough as figuring out this %@#%&^*$% Windows 8. Give me a day or two.
