bed liner

This has changed as of about August. All plastic liners have the LED light cutout. There are now two different ones based on upper tie down cutouts. One liner has the holes pre cut, the other does not.

Where did you buy yours at? I just bought my Sierra and the dealer said the items aren't available? I live in California,

I put one in my GMC last week with the 5' 8" bed, upper tie downs, and led lights under rail. It came without any upper tie down holes drilled out but they have each spot marked with a dimple. If you want to be able to move your tie downs around you drill out all of them to 3 1/2". If you don't plan on moving any of them just drill them out to 2" where you want them. That's what I did. Used a 2" hole saw. I have mine on the four corners. I figured I will never move them around. If I change my mind I can always drill them out later but would have to remove liner from truck to do it. Also came with four rubber plugs for the four lower ties downs. I think they are trying to get away from having so many different liners.

He printed me out some extra instructions about the option for the 2" holes.

Part number for mine was 22879299

I just got a rugged liner this morning. Paid $150 installed. Same story as above except I haven't had the time to cut the holes for the upper tie downs yet. I was impressed with the anti skid material they have on the liner now. My dad's 10 year old liner is like greased lightning...

I had a bed mat so I just put on top of liner. I wanted to protect the sides but still not have stuff sliding all over.

Her are a few crappy pics. I'll take better ones tomorrow. I cut the holes for the upper tie downs tonight as well...

Also, I put a piece of roofing rubber insert it to try and limit the rubbing...

You should seriously look into Line-X. I had Line-X Xtra put in on mine. The Xtra just means its colored instead of the flat black. Mine is diamond pearl to match my truck. They did an outstanding job under the rails and blocked out the area for the bed LEDs. You can kinda see the color match in my rear picture. If you want a better pic let me know.

that looks great. Did they give you any instructions on cleaning the bed for spills? I haul a fair amount of automotive parts in the bed at times. They tend to leave some oil slicks. I had gotten into the habit of sprinkling kitty litter in the back and brushing it out with a broom

Just had GM bedliner installed in my 2014 Silverado. The 4 rubber plugs for the lower tie downs are a real pain to get back in. Not a very good design.

Yeah, they said that hauling items like that over time with oil spills and such may darken the bedliner especially with it being white. I don't ever plan on hauling anything like that but hey, you never know. I'd prob use a tarp and tie it up or something if it ever came to that. You can take a look at other examples of trucks done at the place where I went here --> https://www.facebook.com/linexofcolumbia You can actually see my bed-liner if you scroll down a little bit. I highly recommend it.
