Moving Bed Tie-downs?

How do i move my upper bed tie-downs? They came installed from the dealership and I want to move them around. I know they unscrew but i didn't want to unscrew them all the way and loose parts down in the bed cavity or something.

If you unscrew then and something falls it should fall all the way to the ground. I haven't tried to remove mine yet but I did look before I installed them....

and if the back side falls down in the hole ..... at least the center hole.... use a coat hanger to fish it out. Don't ask me how I know... lol..

I love this idea, but I feel like this was a poor design. I have had trouble getting mine to come out like they are suppose too. The last time I tried I actually dropped the backing down into the interior of the truck bed. It was the front left whole on the drivers side above the fuel tank. Any suggestions on how to get this out? It looks like there is some tubing that runs all the way under the truck to the other side! Also be very careful if you remove you bed rail caps. I broke about 3 of the little snaps trying to get it off.
