Thanks!

I will add: The ATP tires seem to be holding up well at 26,000 miles BUT they are starting to cup. I am not pleased because they have been rotated plenty and the front end is perfectly aligned. I'm not sure what is causing it.

Bad ball joints, tie rod ends or shocks?

Nope shop said it's all good. But I raised the tire pressure and that seemed to help. Upped the front to 45 and rear to 40 (same I ran with 4 ply). The tires have nearly 28k on them now and look good. I tried them in some mud the other day and they did well still.

Nearly 37k miles on the ATP's now. I don't think they're going to make it to the 50,000 mile mark. Still cupping just a little.

They don't look too bad? Plenty of tread left but only the siping doesn't look too good anymore. Do you get snow?

That's my concern, we do get a little snow here. She went to Colorado twice last winter and probably will this winter too. We'll see how many experience points I roll on over the summer, and see how they look in the fall.

I'm still not sure about the cupping, since the front end is in good shape.

Update:

Over 138k now, so about 40k on the Cooper ATP's. I may eat my words; it looks like they may make it to 50k.

There's a pretty solid whine in the rear end still, coasting from 30-20 mph. If I get on the throttle, it's gone. Any thoughts? Rebuild it with a TruTrac? Get a 9.5"?

I also repainted the rusty crossmember on the passenger side under the hood. Pics later.

My 03 had a whine in the rear from 100 to 160, then I got rid of the truck, was an open diff rear though. Never blew up though

We'll see how it holds up for now, I guess. About a thousand mile trip coming up, we'll see if it gets any louder.

Repainted crossmember, I like the semi-gloss. I kinda want my grille to look like this.

If you lived out here you could still get thousands of miles out of them without a problem, sticking to pavement of course. But your requirements are very different and I think this winter might be the last for them.

Oh I see what piece you were meaning now. I painted that same one when I had my engine out only I did mine flat black. It was rusted pretty bad. I like yours, it looks better than mine because of the gloss.

I can do fine with them for quite a while longer here, but if they start to lose much traction or lose more siping before the next snow trip, I'll be getting ATW's sooner than later.

Mine was bad under the original paint. I don't have any sandblasting equipment here, so I just sanded it well enough and put on about 4 coats. I'm trying to figure out a way to divert the water so it doesn't happen again.

And how old is the diff fluid? Are you on OEM or aftermarket?

I'm pretty sure that I was on original factory fill until the diff died back in April or May at 238k miles. lol

It's been changed within the last 10k. Been changed multiple times since I've had the pickup.
