Chevy bow ties

I noticed that while I have no cracks or discoloration problems with the front bow tie on my '06 truck, the one on my '09 Impala has multiple cracks without evidence of being hit by anything. There have been a lot of complaints about low quality of bow tie emblems on the GMT900 trucks. It seems that at some point GM switched to much cheaper materials for these emblems and we know the rest. The 2014s are too new to show this problem, but I would not expect these bow ties to be any better than on the previous generation trucks.

Anyone has seen any evidence of problems with the bow ties yet?

If it cracks, peels, fades, discolors or even looks dirty, I'll lawyer up and lemon law it!!!!

Well, it has somewhat lemon like color to it.
