Sierra from Maine

Hi Guys,

Just introducing myself. I'm new to the forum, found it earlier in a Google search looking up some info on replacing the brake lines on my 1999 GMC Sierra 1500. I bought the truck with 171,000 miles on it, for $400.00. Decent frame not rotted, pretty clean underneath - needs a rear bumper, brake lines all around, and front wheel bearings (which I already did), & padand rotors. Also needs the drivers mirror replaced and the passenger side windshield washer nozzle.

The trucks pretty clean, its a 4x4 4.8L Automatic with Manual Locks/Windows. Cloth Interior. Black exterior. Can't beat it really - the new studded snow tires on the rear were worth the $400.00 alone.

A little about me? I'm a college student, mid 20's, located in Maine & I work for a couple salvage yards and I'm also getting into video editing as I just started a job editing for the local cable station. I'm also a very avid Volvo fan & post regularly on the website TurboBricks.com

Hope to learn some stuff here & make a few online acquaintances.

p.s. you may find my grammar is not the best - don't hate ^_^
