This is an awesome build i went from the first post through the last. Initially when I saw the armored up vehicle it made me think of these crazy Awd trucks we had in the army. Scorpion mk4 (iirc). They basically were a 2.5 tons roll cage of light arms armor, gas can and motor. But as I read on I noticed that it's not really a good fit for the photography that you do.

Good luck with your cruzzing! Subscribing to your feeds too.

Quick chronological compilation of our hurricane Hermine chase if anyone is interested! As a side note, we were actually rear ended on the way down to Florida so we were delayed by two hours and missed eyewall landfall by an hour. Luckily nobody was hurt, but there was 1000s of dollars of damage to the car that rear ended us. Not a scratch on our bumper though, just a small white paint scuff that I wiped off with one finger. One of the many reasons I installed a rhino lined Iron Cross Automotive solid steel bumper!

I hate that I haven't been able to post as much as I really would like but I think now I may now have time to do better!

Here's a quick video of our Hurricane Matthew chase from down in Daytona Beach, FL.

Vlog on our booth at the Poquoson Seafood Festival from two weeks ago. I'm currently putting together a video of our best storm chasing footage as well as a "tour" of the stormcruzzer with all of the different mods, so those should be up in the next two weeks!
