Wasax3 Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Just picked this up yesterday. My first diesel! It's been sitting on the lot for a month, and I went to another GMC dealer to price out the same truck (to get them to compete!). However, the other dealer said that "Crew cab, reg bed, D-max LTZ's don't exist, they're on constraint" and the closet one he was able to find (and sold) was 1k miles away. Well I knew this was exactly what I wanted, and hurried back the dealer that had it! Sticker: $59,550 They agreed to go straight to invoice: $56,350 Trade for my 09 Silverado 1500 Ext cab, 85k miles: $17,200 (after a little pushing on my end) Down payment: $10,000 Incentives and arm twisting: $2,800 I told them that between my trade and DP, I wanted 30k off sticker, and that's exactly what I ended up with. (including taxes and fees)
BGStucki Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 I stopped into a few dealers yesterday to see if they were in dealing mood for Memorial Day. Nothing. All sticker all the time. It may be time to open up to other options for me. I'll be really interested to see where the sales numbers are for May, and what incentives there will be for June.
donaldusmc2003 Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 This deal was just made to me on a 2015 Silverado 2500 6.6 LTZ Z71. MSRP: $62585 Military Price: $57,762.70 Rebates (USAA/Cash): $1,750.00 Dealer Installed Options: $299.00 Vehicle Cost: $56311.70 Fees: $241.25 Sales Tax: $667.13 2014 Silverado 1500 5.3 LTZ Z71 Vehicle Trade In: $46,000 Taxable value (new-trade): $10311.70 Thats 6,573 off sticker. Is this a good deal?
donaldusmc2003 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 So i ended up getting more like 7k off and a also a free 6yr 90k mile bumper to bumper extended warranty. This was all part of the deal they made to buy my 2014 1500 back. Had some continued problems with it.
donaldusmc2003 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Ran the numbers again and it was an actual 7,287 total off msrp.
Kingkong1 Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 2015 GMC SLT 2500HD Preferred package Sunroof Buckets heated and cooled seats 6.0 MSRP 53,895.00 Cash price with cap pricing 43280.00
2018GMC Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Ran the numbers again and it was an actual 7,287 total off msrp. I think that's a good deal since it looks like most dealers won't budge off MSRP or only $1K - $3K
JaronM3 Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 I just bought my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD 6.6. MSPR: $64, 535 I was able to get the truck price down to $57,854.20, however after taking a loss on my trade-in. My out the door price $64,778.65. The only bonus was, this dealership negotiated over the phone and set the price over the phone. I walk in the next day with papers drawn. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Plus they give lifetime oil changes as long as I own the truck. I feel good about the deal. Destination Charge $1,095.00 Installed Options Power sunroof $995.00 10,000-lb. JaronM3 Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Price looks great. GMC are not coming down on their prices with the Denali. Those trucks are selling before they make it to the dealerships.
KMK454 Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 I assume 0% financing deals only apply if you pay MSRP, correct?
schillbilly Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 I had never considered buying a high end pickup til now. I thought all Denalis had all the available options, but am getting an education. What are the most practical options that are "must haves"? I feel the Z71 off road package is needed for my use, but what else do y'all recommend.
