Having a hard time deciding on floor mats

So...the GM mats that came with my truck, although nice looking...are too small to offer any real protection for the carpet here in NH. Lot's of snow, mud, and salt get tracked in. I'm looking for a good set of floor mats to out in my 2014 Silverado. I've heard of Husky, and Weathertech but havent seen either in person. I just want them to look good, offer good protection, and would like it if they didn;t cover the brished aluminum door sills. What does everyone recommend?
