Found '14 Sierra 6.2L NHT If Anyone Is Interested

Don't hold me to any of this... it's just what I've observed.

for sierras, a z71 4x4 gets z71 4x4 fender badges (which I think having both on the fender looks crowded). non z71 4x4 with or without NHT gets just a 4x4 badge. I believe that's for SLE and SLT trims but it could come that way on the base sierras too (haven't seen a lot of base sierras). But the bed stickers are an option as well

 

Silverados seem to be the same way only with a sticker on the bed instead of plastic badges. The stickers are also options on the silverados but they seem to show up on them more than the sierras.

 

For me I like the bed stickers, it helps to break up the rear quarter of the truck IMO. I'm goin to de-badge the whole truck and add the Z71 bed stickers and black 6.2L badges on the fenders. aswell as ditching the chrome handles, covers, moldings, sills and grille. Might add a black SLT & 6.2L badges to the tailgate but I'm not 100% on that yet.

 

But back on topic, this is defiantly a NHT truck with brake controller. I emailed the dealer to check

 

 

Nope, the 4x4 Z71 Silverados DO NOT HAVE a "4x4" badge anywhere on the vehicle for some unknown reason.

 

I had to add one; without a 4x4 sticker you spend 15 minutes at every chain control stop or staffed kiosk before 4x4 trails, etc., explaining that yes, your truck actually does have 4WD, and no, the manufacturer wasn't bright enough to call this out on a sticker or emblem.

Yup i got ya, that's what I said. silvi's don't have badges and the stickers are options as some do not come with a bed sticker but a lot do have that option.

 

Can't believe this truck is still available with even deeper discounts now

The stickers are standard on the beds of 4x4 and z71 Silverados. Even the base models have the 4x4 sticker on the bed.
