cleaning polished 20" wheels

my new 1500 arived last night. I washed it but the wheels still look foggy. Its the polished 20" five star wheels. How can I shine them up? I heard chevy clear coats there wheels and if you use the wrong stuff on them it will ruin them.

You can use Adam's green wheel cleaner or Griot's wheel cleaner both work great for cleaning. Use a soft not stiff brush or you might scratch the clear coat

Your wheel are clear coated, so you have to treat them like paint. Caustic wheel cleaners will damage the clear coat, as will metal polish. I use regular car soap with a mitt and soft brush to clean, then follow up with a sealant since it handles the higher temps better.
