Bed Cargo tie downs

Actually nothing that fancy, marked out for a 1" x 4" hole 1" in from the edge. Drilled 4 holes, ran ajigsaw around it. Cleaned it up a little with a rasp, painted her and called it good.

I just cut a 2x10 to the length you gave (5'-4 3/8"). It fits good, maybe an 1/8" short of being snug. I feel there is too much front-to-back slop between the bed slots, so I shimmed each side and that made it snug.

 

I probably should get a bedliner and it would fix everything...
