Site doesn't show much on what we get in all. Got a video of what us 2014 owners would get? Maybe explain the install or do we need to send a module in to be flashed?

Yes you can turn this feature off. It's in the mylink under vehicle settings I think. I don't remember if you can lock them in place or just turn them off all togther.

I believe they're either "ON" or "OFF"...at least that's all I could find.

What is your programming and what else can we change? I'd love to get the DIC to return to the last used part after a phone call. Raise the speed the doors lock or distance if that is what is doing it. Be nice if the seat belt chime started at 10 or 15 mph. Reduce the crap the voice command explains before listening. Everyone understands after the first week or two of using it. I could probably go on for way to long.

Have you tried to double press the talk button? Press first to initiate and then press again to get her to shut up. Works for me. Just goes to the command prompt.

Awesome, thanks. Got frustrated so early I hardly used it and never double pushed the button. Probably in the manual, but so full of junk hiding the needed info. It is a really good sleep aid.

 

Also, I have not been driving the truck for the last two weeks. Progressive's snap-shot can give you up to 30% off, but if you don't drive it at all for the 30 days you always get the full discount. Driving the car and old truck lately.

 

Going to pull the HMI next week to get programmed while it sits. :-)
