I guess I will start searching for a 9.75 from a wrecked '14. Not 1 geAr manufacturer has responded to my questions about possible eta either.

I have a 14 sierra with 3.08 and interested in gear swap , found this site but don't know what I would need . Only thing I've seen so far http://eastcoastgearsupply.com/c-963800-gears-install-kits-carriers-spider-gears-general-motors-gm-9-5-12-bolt.html

Call them and speak to Chase. He can tell you exactly what you need. I have a thread on this conversion in this sub forum. All you are doing is converting it to a 2013 9.5", just need a good installer because the setup is different than factory. Word of caution though, buy the Yukons the first time and possibly save yourself some headache. They are worth the extra 200$

What don't you like about your 3.08 gear ratio? I lost sleep over the decision between 3.08 and 3.42, and I'm not talking about just one night either. I ended up with the 3.42, and am very happy now, but still wonder if the 3.08 gets better gas mileage for my type of driving? Just curious as to what kind of MPG you or anyone else gets driving on 55 MPH roads with the 3.08 GR?

With my 3.08 I get overall 20mpg with a bit more Highway than city. 22mpg all Highway on my last 800 mile trip. I regret not getting the 3.42 because when I do tow I am right at the 6500 mark the 3.08 is rated for. What mpg are you getting with the 3.42?

^^^ I get about those same averages at 70-75mph with my 3.08's. We don't have any 55mph limits in texas so I cannot compare to yours at the same speed.

Thanks. I figured the 3.08 would be better on the Freeways/Expressways 70 MPH here. But unless I take a trip, I'm always on 55 MPH 2 lane highways here in rural MI. That is why I decided to get the 3.42. I'm happy, and just don't know if I would get any better mileage with the 3.08 with 95% of my driving? Just curious as to what people are getting with the 3.08 on 55 MPH roads?

We've got quite a few 55mph roads around here. Let me go find one and report back with what I come up with and let you know. I'd like to know the difference in the two myself.
