austingta Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Onstar is valuable if you lock yourself out, or have an accident. That's important. They will call the medics if you don't respond after an airbag deploys. I have AAA too, and I'll be keeping it.
Sooperdave Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 Dave, Here is what the service order looked like... It almost could be French because it is quite difficult to understand. Whatever they did, the truck seems to be OK. It will take a while for me to really trust it, but it's still a rather nice truck... Knock on wood.... Ah I see. Terminal pins on connector weren't seated or bent apparently. Unfortunate but hopefully the correction to the issue.

It's nice that GM cares enough to send these goodwill ambasadors into the forums, but all you really offer is cut and paste posts. I've answered three of these "employee" posts and have got absolutely no satisfaction. I got a link to a website to fill out a form, I got a e-mail I included in the original post telling me to send a subpoena. Seriously. AAA supplied me with the needed information within hours. You want a subpoena from a customer? This is a perfect example of when a company has too many employees with no accountability.
