Has anyone installed one of these? Any problems? I am installing on a sprayed in bed liner and rubber bed mat.

I just order this for a clean look in my truck bed and keep things for moving toward the front of the bed. I got the black color one but they also have it in Silver (Part # 74805-00A) for the same price. I also ordered the Optional Quick Latch Bracket Kit for Trucks w/ Tonneau Cover or Shell - (Part # 74605-01A). I got it from AutoAnything and got a great discount with free shipping etc..

Not sure if this is useful for you scenario, but I'm going with http://www.realtruck.com/truck-covers-usa-tail-mate-load-extender/ (As either 6.5 feet is enough or I need 10+ feet and rather not add a rack.)

I got one of those. I use it for my canoe for easy "one person" moving (short distance) to boat launch and home etc. it is great for the short bed and the right size (14') canoe - canoe doesn't tip when it is in the bed and ties down nice. Just put a red flag on the end.

I have the Amp Research HD Max which is a little more rectangular than the Sport. Easy install and works great. Installed the brackets over the Bedrug. No issues. $239 at Realtruck in black. I have a BackFlip VP cover and there is no issue with the width (hitting the rails)

AMP have three designs (Sport, Max and "Moto - used on smaller trucks") which only two could be used for large pickups. They all look very good but I decided to go with the Sport because it provides the extra clearance needed when used with some tonneau cover rails. This is the one Chevy uses on their website. The Sport also give more visibility to rear lights. That is what AMP is claiming but it seems the Moto has more inside room in the enclosed area. They also recommended the quick-latch mounting bracket kit with tonneau cover or shell. Since I am using a bed mat (tailgate not covered), AMP told me to level it off inside (enclosure inside the truck) before mounting the brackets.

Ask and you shall receive. Here it is, exactly what you are looking for. I have the Line-X Spay on bed liner and the Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Cover. I hope this helps

I see this useful when the tail gate is down but I just carry $25 worth of ratchet straps. When the gate is up have a piece o 2x8 wood in the slot of the bed. That keeps small loads from sliding

Does the Bed Extender bounce and/or rattle when hitting road bumps?

With the tailgate closed it doesn't move at all. With the tailgate open (flipped out), it tends to move a bit over bumps but is solid once u attach the included strap buckles to the tailgate latches. To release, you pull the tailgate handle. Overall, a good buy and looks clean. Very easy install, took me about 1 hr. I would definitely recommend this product!
