i recently ordered a bulk shipment of summit white automotive vinyl through a local supplier. I have quite a bit left that I'm not going to use ( i covered my grille, front and rear bumpers, mirror caps, and handles in it) So i figured id see if anyone on here was interested in the remaining roll ( i have 8ftX20ft roll left in perfect condition) Im looking to get $100 for the roll which i think is pretty reasonable as i paid around $400 for entire roll when i ordered it which was 8ftx40 originally. Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.

Thanks

im located in Illinois, it is automotive vinyl that has a special backing that has "air release" properties. therefore all you have to do is apply a little area at a time and smooth it out, then using a heat gun heat the area and any bubbles it may have will disappear. the best part is its made for "beginners" so if you mess up or crinkle it all you have to do is lift it up, go over it with the heat gun briefly and the material will return to its original shape.

Man I want this...but I'm too scared of the install and messing it up.

you really can't mess it up, honestly, this style vinyl is a "beginners" style so it has allot of forgiveness. Look up some videos on youtube. if you you mess up a piece literally all you do is lift the vinyl, run over it with a heat gun and it lays flat again just like it was when you started. Its pretty neat seeing it do it actually.

I'm more concerned about cutting around the plastic trim inserts and such on the bumpers for a perfect fit...

oh you don't cut around them, take the plastics off; clean the bumper real well with a ammonia free cleaner and start wrapping then reinstall everything. Stuffs great, shines just like the paint, its wax-able just like paint, ect...
