Movable upper box tie downs

I am still getting acquainted with my 2015 Silverado. The movable upper box tie downs that I ordered are a snap to install but no matter how many times I read the owner's manual I can't figure out how to remove them. I end up having a part fall down in side the wall and have to get a magnet to retrieve it etc. If anyone has simple straight forward directions for removing them I would appreciate a copy. This old guy just can't figure it out!

I'm with you on that. The You Tube video instructions don't work when I try to do it.

Unscrew them most all of the way out and get a small screw driver in there to rotate the anchor horizontal so they can be removed. I just fought the same issue the other day, the little spring returns on mine didn't want to work after they had been installed by the dealer.
