Morimoto HID kit issue 1 headlight stays on sometimes

I have a Morimoto 4300K kit from The Retrofit Source and today was the second time I shut the truck off and the driver side headlight stayed on. No other lights were on no parking lights nothing. It is so weird. TRS sent me a new cube relay for that side of the harness but obviously thats not the problem. 1st time it happened was a month ago then never again. I did notice both times it happened it was raining but it has also rained plenty between the 1st and 2nd incident.

Aftermarket parts man. They are always fun haha. But on a serious note, it's not just the Morimoto kit that does this. My DDM does the same thing but I've noticed it more when I have my sub playing loudly. I figured that the sub just took a bit too much power from the headlight and caused one to go out. Maybe it's just that these trucks don't seem to want to agree with having HIDs in them.

I have theretrofitsource HIDS in my truck. And what I have found is that the headlight wiring don't like the hids. So what I found out is buy their HD relay harness and run both light systems off off he passenger side. Uses two relays one for each side. Did away with the problem and it takes he stress off your light system and puts it on the relay harness.

I have the relay harness and it is running off the passenger side headlight wire. They replaced one of the cube relays for the harness that goes to the drivers side but the problem happened again a month later. They told me to swap the cube relay sides and if the riverside light stays on again they will sent an entire new harness. If the issue happens again on passenger side then it is the cube relay.
