From all that you've said I think you would be happier with the Tahoe and from the sounds of it with a Tacoma you would be settling. Remember to get what you want not what other people think you should have or should want.

Thanks for the replies guys! Actually, I have picked out the Tahoe. Its in excellent shape being an 04 model. Should be picking it up Thursday if weather permits. I've talked to numerous people at the gym that has previously owned one or still has em. They love em and if you take care of it. It'll do very good. Idk how many Tahoes I've looked at in the past 3 weeks and finally found one I've been looking for. Black Z71, paint is very good and guy has a lot of maintenance records and its only been one owner. Mobil 1 oil, changed every 5K miles. Plus, has BF Goodrich All Terrain K/O tires, close to a year old on the tires. The miles are decently low on it. The Tahoe has 107K on it, not too bad, imo.

Then the project will begin with debadge, hids, window tint, clearing the heads, darker tails, get a better HU and some subs.
Not putting no lift, like I did on my Silverado. After the KO's wear out. Might consider getting Fuel or Moto wheels and maybe Toyo MTs, ATs or PTS. Thats the plan, Not too bad, huh?

Sounds like a very solid choice! Look forward to seeing pics.

107k miles is very low for that year. You can ask kstruck, around our part of the country chevy full size anything usually have over 200k before people are willing to sell.

I will second that. Only now that I am closing in on 300,000 would I consider selling.

It is very rare to see low mile ones for sale here, that's for sure. There are a few nice ones that pop up but there's not much wiggle room on them. Found mine in TX, originally a summer driver from Ohio. I think it was an old man pickup. Don't understand the 20's if that was the case though... 2nd owner is probably the closest to new I'll ever get.

MT's on a black Hoe would look diiiiirty. :pimp:

It's the same way here. My captain just bought a Ford f150 because he couldn't find a chevy for a low price with low miles lol

Gonna try to get it next week. Its been snowing here everyday for the last 2 weeks it seems.

I was thinking about getting a 4Runner, if I can't get down there in time, before he sells it.
