I just rolled 200,000 miles on my '07 Sierra Crew Cab Z71. I've only performed a tune up, everything else is working as designed. Any recommendations beyond the normal items that occurred during a second 100,000 mile service. (I was simpily going to perform a duplication of a normal 100,000 service.)

Check all suspension components like ball joints, hubs, tie rods, ujoints, leaf springs, etc

Congratulations on the milestone! I just turned over 100k miles on mine a few weeks ago on my 08.

My '00 is a tad over 228k miles. She's had a lot of minor work done over the years and has plenty of overdue maintenance still needed.

 

She is on her 3rd water and fuel pumps and 2nd tranny.

 

In the past year I fixed the entire ac system (compressor, condenser, lines, evaporator) and new Bilstein's all are around.

 

Hopefully she doesn't "need" anything this year so I can get some more maintenance out of the way.

I just rolled over 232,000 last weekend. I just got my Yukon about a year ago. I'm the second owner. I think it had 219 when I got it. I Love it! I haven't had to do too much to it yet but it does need tie rods done.

Mine has 230K Km's 130K km of those on LPG. Original motor, trans and rear.
