Again...a 2015 or 2015 i Denali 1500 cant be lifted the normal way. If you don't want a smooth ride, get an SLT.

Why can't the sensors just be moved downward in relation to the shocks? And BTW, I'm not sure I'd call the ride any 'smoother', but it does an amazing job rallying around corners without body roll. The ride however, is pretty stiff.

I'm not sure if the truck has an aluminum or steel control arm. How can I confirm this?

Get a magnet. If it sticks to the control arm then it's steel.

Yes, they can. Seems like the simplest solution to leveling the 2015 Denali.

Here, check this. post #86

Ok everyone, I have fixed the problem on my truck and still have the RC 2.5" front leveling kit on. here are a couple pictures. Basically, when you level your truck, you are pulling the arm of the MagnaRide sensors down. This is making the suspension think you are about to bottom out so it stiffens up. To fix this, the arm of the sensor needs to moved back into what I call the "home" or level position. I fixed this with the small bracket shown and a couple nuts and bolts. I also powder coated it black to look factory. Sorry for the crappy pics but you should at least have a good idea now. Hope this helps.

Do a proper lift. No levelling kit on the market at the moment will work well.

The reason is as follows:

Does anyone know if the control arms for the magna ride still have any effect if I've changed my whole suspension and shocks to the bds with full coil overs, fox shocks with reservoir? Mine are obviously not leveled properly anymore since the lift but the magnetic ride is disconnected now obviously since I run different shocks. Do these control arms and sensors, and magnetic use being disconnected affect anything else other then having the service suspension on screen when I boot up the truck? the truck bogs down as if it's cutting out the power when taking tighter turns and such like if the stablitrak is going off due to sensors thinking i am off balance or sideways. Any thoughts anyone?

To my question above here's some pictures of my setup and how the control arms to the suspension are no longer leveled after the lift.

For 2015 GMC Sierra Denali with Magna ride shocks Suspension Maxx has a leveling kit to relocate the sensors. I'm going to install Suspension Maxx 2.5" level and add a Zone 1.5" body lift. Seems like only set up that will keep factory ride. The Zone site states 1.5" body lift will not work with Denali. I've seen All Terrain's with the body lift so I'm going to give it a try. I will post pics when done.
