Front Lower License Plate Trim

I have searched but couldn't find an answer. Does anyone know the part # for the lower trim piece circled below in black? Not the filler but the entire piece.

Ha...yeah my brain wasn't really firing on that one was it. I want to replace the chrome piece with black.

Looks like 22902312 is the "black" one (GM calls it Anthracite). The other two options are for the chrome one and a silver one.

Thanks for the info for the black (anthracite) skid plate. I live in IL where front license plates are mandatory. Do I also need to purchase the License plate cover package 22877653? Or is that just for guys in non-front license plate states to cover up the area where a license plate should go?

Get the plate cover...its really cleans up the front end...I live in Texas...mandatory plate aswell. Most vehicles I've had...I did not run the front plate. I've only gotten a warning on 2-3 occasions.
