2015 yukon Denali rear dvd

Recently purchased the new denali and have been happy overall but there have been a few glitches and features that make you shake your head. Before This vehicle we had the overland grand Cherokee and I must say I loved it looking back now. It just wasn't big enough. Anyway, the rear dvd screen does not work on occasion. I would say once a week we cannot get the screen to show anything and have tried all that we can think of. The screen is just blank. The rear remote does not work either even after batteries. Thanks in advance for any help.

Not being a smart ass, but, it is a 2015 model year vehicle, did you consider getting the dealer to fix this under warranty?

Yeah we are going to just waiting on the first oil change to keep from having more for than one trip and wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Obviously, that's the easy answer and the one that I expected.
