Rear Directional Failure warning

seems to be a chronic problem I have two now that are doing the same thing. It's a stupid design.

I was thinking it was the relay heating up to fast.

2014 Chevy 1500 Silverado LTZ-  I am having this same problem except it’s my right rear turn signal.  I think most of the responses thus far didn’t understand the issue.  It’s not a fuse because the turn signal is still working but the warning in the dash information system says turn signal failure.  Mine only does it when the streets are wet or it’s raining.  One of the responses talk about bulb resistance so will try replacing bulbs but, strange because the blinker IS BLINKING

I am currently having the same problem. It has bee happening off and on for a year now. Either the left or right rear blinker warning comes up in my display. Have changed the bulbs numerous times (Never fixed the issue) gone through all of the fuses numerous times. Cleaned all connections throughout the rear. Still, no luck. And it varies, either the left or right or sometimes both will flash fast. Hazard lights work. At a loss.
