I have OE wheels on my transam. The fake powder coated chrome look on the replica vette wheels started bubbling about 4 months in.. Summer time in NJ, garage kept rarely driven car. I can't recommend them unless all you want to spend on a set of wheels is under $500.

I had factory reproductions on my last truck, they were a gloss black finish. No issues with finish, and I used them over the winter. However, prior to those, I had the same wheels in a polished finish, and that finish didn't hold up well.

 

I think it's hit or miss on the finish. However, if you end up with a miss, you can just have them powdercoated locally to a color you like.
