pretty easy mod. just read through the instructions 1st to familiarize yourself with the process.

Most the Instructions I've seen that come with the kits have you doing a lot of extra work. I've installed many leveling kits on these trucks, all I do is loosen the sway bar end links, and remove the two bolts from the front struts, this will give you enough room to get the level spacer in, or if you have the kind that has a spacer for top and bottom of the strut you will also have enough room to remove the strut assembly from the truck to put spacer up top. Good luck

I watched out for the sales guy didnt rip me off LOL as I didnt install them myself HAHA. This is just for others who will be getting them installed at the shop, should be $300-400 dollars for 2 to 2.5 front only leveling kit. Anything higher just walk away!

I tried to install it tonite just see if i could do it. I loosened both sway bars, and both side bottom strut bolts. But i can't squeeze the spacer in. Any tricks to it? Also how to get the bolt through where the axle goes by.

Mechanic charged me 160$ to install it and front end alignment so ask some local shop..

Make sure you have both wheels off and both swap bar links loosened at the same time as one side will hold up the other. Also just install the bolts from the bottom like that factory ones are then you don't have to worry about trying to squeeze the bolts past the CV shaft

Yes make sure wheels are off the ground, I push the strut outward off of the lower control arm, put the spacer in place and put a pry bar under the strut and above the control arm to pry it back in place over the spacer. Hope that makes sense, hard to word it sometimes lol

Where are you at in wisconsin? I did mine, and could possibly help you out. I am in Eau Claire.

I decided to just make an appointment to get it done. Would be under $200 for everything.

I did a 2" RC level in about 3hrs. Just follow the instructions. Undo the upper and steering it's easy. I tried the swap bar only as described above and it didn't work. The bolt was to long under the axle so whatever. It's easy to just undo 4 more nuts haha
