What type of exhaust is that? Is it a GM Borla with the 2 individual pipes coming out the side (side entry, same side). Never gave that configuration much thought. It looks really good! though!

Had the factory flares painted to match ......... love it. Wheel pockets soon to be painted body color and wheel face polished.

I saw somebody else do this with their white truck and i didn't really like the look. But for some reason I think this color looks awesome with it. Great choice

I think I know which one you're talking about. Maybe it was just the color, but it wasn't my cup of tea either. Anyway, I really like this combination as well. I thing the dark colors are able to pull off the look.

it really is a great color. my mother is in the market for a 16 Equinox and they offer that color, so she is considering that or the Patriot Blue

Agreed and so did the 14/15 but for some reason I like the 16's in this color that much more, not sure why its just headlights

I like seeing the older trucks (late 60 - mid 70s) dipped in some of the newer colors. Certain body styles can handle the complexity of the color whereas others kind of drown in it. This color has such a heavy flake .......... I'm likin' that.

Next week my wheels are going to be powder coated in the Iridium metallic and the now factory polished face will be high polished. I think that'll pretty much wrap it up as far as the cosmetics on my AT.

What do you mean by the factory polished face will be high polished?

The lip of the wheels (non painted) will be high polished.

Just received a quick pic of one of the wheels that has been refinished & painted. The wheel is dirty from remounting the tire, but I think these are going to really pop in the sunlight. No scratches ... just lots of smudges. Most importantly, this will help for my truck to be a little more "individualized". I'll have the wheels mounted back on the truck tomorrow and a proper clean up soon after. I'll post the overall finished product then.
