Rust on chrome bumpers anyone?

So I washed my truck yesterday and noticed my front and rear bumpers have small pin sized rust spots all over them. I've been fighting gm over the vibration and having no luck so far. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing rust through chrome on their trucks before I add it to my BBB claim.

I have one spot that is not rail dust. I just did my rims. Have before and after pics to up load.
