Finally, my first problem......

........but a minor one. The adjustable pedals and driver's power lumbar work intermittently. Dealer replaced the lumbar motor assembly, worked ok for a while then stopped. When activating the pedal and lumbar switches I can hear the same relay clicking. The dealer also cleaned and reconnected a questionable harness, again, both components would work intermittently. Currently in the shop for the 4th time. I may have to use another dealer and hope their tech has more expertise in diagnosing the problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

They re-used the harnesses that work intermittently? Sounds like they found the problem....and didn't fix it.

Yes, how do you "clean" an electrical harness?

According to the W/O, die-electric grease was applied. Today's attempt was communicating with GM, clearing codes and servicing 2 more electrical connections.

Di-electric grease is non-conducting.

 

Hope it was not applied to the connector pins/sockets.

Literally have the same problem with the adjustable pedals. Dealer said they worked fine.

 

Ill mention it again on my next visit. If they find out the issue, post it up

Well, I got my truck back and everything worked........for one day. I have an appt with another dealer who I purchased the truck from, maybe the tech is a little more savvy in locating the problem.
