I bought my diablo with the intentions of using the mpg booster tune and still have yet to use it. I get better mpg on the 87 tune than I did prior so I haven't bothered. I'll try it tomorrow if I remember, I have a bit of a trip to go on.

ok let me know how it works. I didn't know if I was suppose to disable v4 mode on mpg booster but I did

Disabling afm on mpg booster defeats the purpose. As far as I know the only difference between it and 87 tune is that it kicks into v4 sooner and stays in longer. Disabling afm in any tune will net you 1-3mpg less.

no way. Disabling aFm in 87 tune has given me 3mpg better fuel then running it stock. But I understand what u mean on mpg tune

Maybe in the city, but its common among everyone else that has disabled it that it reduces overall mpg.

With afm enabled I still get 10-11l/100km on the highway which is 21-23mpg

It is. 2" rancho quicklifts, same as you. 305/45r22 dynapro atm. AFM improves mpg. If it didn't GM wouldn't have invested so much time and money into it.

Any of you have trouble getting the inTune to update? I followed the steps and it never seems to finish to where it reboots. Plugged it into my truck and it says there is a VIN database error. Diablosport tech support said to update again. Tried to call them, but hung up after an hour. Not impressed!!

Update: well after several hours of messing with it, I noticed the INTUNE folder had very little disc space left 1.6MB. So I moved the DCX Tunes file to another folder on my hard drive and the update took off. It still took over an hour to complete the update, but now works fine. I went with the 87 tune with AFM (DOD) off.

I had no problems with my trinity. Maybe call them again tomorrow during they day. Also their engineers on their forum are very helpful.

Emailed with one the Diablosport engineers. There were some "pnz" files that were "leftover from manufacturing" taking up all of the disc space. He confirmed that removing these files fixed the problem.

I am impressed with the ease of use now that it is working but not impressed that there are so many users with "update" issues like me according to their forum. The canned response is to run it again. Funny, mine would never have run like this and no wonder their tech support phone wait is over an hour.

Thank goodness this only happens on the first update.
