LED DRL's Brightness Sierra

Is there a way to do the following:

1. Make it so both top and bottom LED strips are on at the same time just like they are when the headlights are on? So you would have two DRL's?

2. Make it where the DRL brightness doesn't dim when the headlights are on?

Headlights must be visible and the DRL dims so you can clearly see the turn signal/hazards when active. That's why when you put your flasher on during the daytime and the DRL's are on, they cancel out when the signal is active.

Above you said the DRL's cancel out when you turn the blinker on..... I have seen this on many cars from Lexus to Audi. While at a stop light today, I had my blinker on and noticed mine don't turn off. Any reason why the Sierra would be different? I'm not complaining, just trying to find out the difference.

The DRL LED's on the Sierras do NOT turn off with the signal. I for one love this. I think it looks goofy when a car with LED DRL's has a signal on and one of the lights turn off.
