REAR PARK ASSIST VOLUME?

Recommended Posts

Anyone know if or how to adjust only the rear park assist beeping. I have packed up the owners manual ( I know :shakehead: ) and can't seem to find a way to adjust it on the truck. All the other chimes are loud and only the rear park assist warning seems low.

It is "chime volume" under Settings Menu > comfort and Convenience > Chime Volume and just for reference, page 5-48 in the Owners Manual (I keep a soft copy on my iPad for easy lookup).

I'd love to turn off the front beep. Damn high pitched solid beep. The screen warning bands are good enough.

So that's what chime volume is! Haha

So would this apoly to front sensors too?

I think it applies to both. I turned mine lower because it goes off each time I enter into the garage (I park kinda lose to my work bench).

Yeah, I have tried that. The chimes are loud as hell on everything else. Its only the rear sensor that is too low. Maybe something is wrong with it. :dunno: Thanks any way.

Mine is the same way. All other chimes are loud, but the park assist sensors are not very loud in my truck. I will prob ask on my next service

You can also adjust the settings so rear sensors are deactivated with a tow bar installed. :)
