EFILive is able to tune the 8spd.

HPTuners can also tune it. Just find a tuner using HPT or EFI in your area and get it done.....of course, make sure they know what you are looking for and how to do it.....

I bought Blackbear, big mistake. Not satisfied with their customer service. They shipped the Autocal programmer fast, but when I email questions, it takes a long time to get answers. Been waiting for a day or two now, no response. Guess I'm used to instint service from other tuners.

There are only two full time employees at BBP, but each and every email is answered as quickly as possible. If you have questions, I am happy to help, just shoot me a PM.

EDIT: I should also mention, that they receive hundreds of emails a day, so after the weekends, they can be a bit backed up.

Jenna, you guys should setup an auto-reply telling people that as it seems to be the main complaint and the latest generation expects instant response for some reason regardless of the fact they are actually getting a quality product instead of the standard canned junk available.

How do you figure I'm the latest generation. I'm late 50's. It's been 8 days, still no tune. Only have so much patenice. I farm, and work out, so I know the value of time!!!

What is your email you are using, you should not be 8 days behind? The most time people are are on the build list, is 3 business days (that is usually due to the logs not having enough info). Without knowing who you are, it is hard for me to check into your situation.

The guys actually did have an auto reply for a while, however, that caused issues as well. People kept responding to the Auto Reply, thinking it was a real person, asking why their questions weren't being answered, furthering their wait time for a response. Catch 22.

Easier said than done! Hiring someone with car/tuning knowledge, is not the easiest thing in the world. How would they go about advertising for such a position?
