2006 Silverado

I recently bought a 06 silverado with HID lights. Didn't have a problem with anything until I tried using the blinkers when the headlights were on. When the headlights are on the blinkers dont work. Also when the cruise is set and I turn on my blinker to change lanes the cruise control unsets. I would appreciate any suggestions to my problem. I put regular lights back in my truck but, the blinkers still wont work when the headlights are turned on. I did change out the relay to slow down fast blinking of the blinkers.And that is all it solved.

Sounds like a previous owner possibly was monkeying around with stuff when they didn't know what they were doing. If they made changes to anything in the wiring harness, it could cause problems like this.

sounds like an aftermarket remote start and security system that may be malfunctioning
