I worked a Linex bed spray into the deal on my truck at the time of purchase and am 100% happy. No issues installing the Bull Ring retractable tie downs either.

I'm a little disappointed in my factory spray in liner - it's so coarse. It's like 45 grit sand paper. Pulling lumber across it literally sands it down and leaves wood dust on the liner. I had a GM drop-in liner in my 2014 and it was nice and soft. I wish GM would have used Rhino or something more rubber-based.

Just lay boards flat, place a snd bag or two on top and drive home like: floor gas pedal every take off then slam brakes on hard every stop. Get that load sliding front to rear. When you get home you'll have half your finish work done. :-)

Unless you're beating the crap out of the bed, a good liner won't scratch. Had Line-X in both Silverados and they looked new when they were traded.
