2015 HD Towing Mirrors

Hey is it just me or does anyone else notice the towing mirror on the driver side "sticks out" further of an angle than the passenger side ? I'm not talking the "glass" adjustment- I'm talking about the "body" when folded out in normal driving. The "mechanical stop" puts the driver side out further of an angle vs. the passenger side. (I'm aware that this has to do with driver seating position- but thought the adjustment would be made with the glass)

Anyway, I noticed this at night from behind the truck because the amber marker lights wrap around and were more visible on the passenger side.

There is something like a 2inch difference in angle when measuring the mirror body to the door handle.
