Color matched grills?

so besides owners with a Black truck...anyone color matched the grill to match the color of the truck? I have the Deep Ocean Blue Metallic so would love to see that if anyone has done it or seen it.

I look every other week or so on ebay to see if anyone is offering color matched grills for Deep Ocean Blue. Still haven't found one.

See if you can trade and cash for someone with a wt grill. And get the black one painted. I sold my chrome one and bought a oem painted one from the dealership and I had cash left over

You dont want buy the textured black grille. ABS plastic frays when sanded and you have to pile on the primer to hide it which is a very bad idea and will cause the grille to chip easily. Buy the sport package grille and remove the painted outer trim and paint it to match your truck. I did that with a sport grille and a high country.

oh ok sorry I thought that the wt grill was smooth.. and wow sprayed!!! Loving the truck looks good

Was this grille originally chrome? I want the inserts that your have and I want the shell black like my truck.

That grille is the high country all chrome grille with the outer surround painted. I wanted to do the exact same with my old 2014 but never did and I ended up trading for my current 16.

Looks great. Did you also paint the headlight trim or is it some sort of overlay?
