Ordered h11 (low beam) and 5202 (fogs) 6k hid kits today... wanted some for high beams but they say they don't work good as high beams due to the hids taking a few seconds to warm up... so has anyone tried LED bulbs for the high beams? I ordered some YITAMOTOR 9005 80w led bulbs... any help?

I replaced all my bulbs with LED hid kits bace1e8069a1c8ae1099eb36595a1a0c.jpg702b0e9892bdefe606382f26862f2b44.jpg68242f2829befa766384a4b5c0ddf5ed.jpg

All led. Fog lights and head lights. World of difference.

How did they end up looking?

Omg installed them for my high beams and couldn't even tell if they were on cause my hids in my low beams and fogs were so much brighter.. I contacted the company and they refunded me and paid shipping... I ordered 6k hids for them now they should be in today

I must add the leds I ordered did not have a ballast built into them I got just bulbs so maybe that's why I couldn't tell if they were on...

Oh ok. My kits have a ballast. Really small too. It all fits inside the headlight housing. The fog light ballast I attached it to the bumper with double sided tape.

The packaging really doesn't say much. I checked eBay and found the exact bulbs but it doesn't have a picture of the packaging. I bought these locally

WOW, what the hell?? Why do people do this??? You have completely defeated the REAL purpose of having fog lights. Your fog lights will now have zero effect in the fog.. This is a such a backwards ricer mod to me. If you wanted to just blind every oncoming driver or put thousands of lumens on the 10 feet in front of your truck, why not just use a light bar? At least that could sit higher so it could be angled down.
