The grille has finally shipped!! I can't wait to get it on the truck! I attached the cad design for anyone who's curious. The light bar that's mounted is a 20" rigid industries radiance bar. The custom emblem is two plated; back is mirror polished stainless, and front is painted gloss black stainless. The grille itself is 100% stainless steel; gloss black frame with satin black mesh.

That's gonna look AMAZING !!

I am interested in those headlights, they look really slick.. Were they difficult to install? And do you have a link for them?

Thanks

They were very easy to install, and very easy to aim also. I would get different bulbs though, because the ones that come with the headlights are terrible. It's an H7 for the low and an H11 for the high. I have the Putco Nite-Lux in both and am happy with them.

There's a few different options for these. Recon, Spyder Auto, and VipMotoz from ebay. They're basically the same thing, but the Recons are the most expensive. Mine are Spyder, and there are 2 different versions; 1 for the SLE and Base Sierra which don't have the LED DRLs in the OEM housing; and 1 for the SLT/Denali which do have them. The product number for the latter, which I have, is 5080851. There are also Chrome versions of both available.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask anything else :)

Truck looks great! Really interested to see how you control all your additional lighting.

I'll try and take some pictures this weekend of my auxiliary switches in the cab. Here's how each light is triggered:

Front Bumper mounted Baja Designs 20" amber bar= separate switch in cab

Front Bumper mounted Rigid DOT/SAE fog= OEM fog switch

Front Bumper mounted Rigid D2 Driving= separate switch in cab

Hood bracket mounted Baja Designs Squadron Pro Driving= high beams only

Rigid Rock Light Kit= separate switch in cab and reverse also

Rear Bumper mounted Rigid D2 diffused= reverse only

The 20" Radiance bar in the grille that's coming has 2 triggers. The forward projecting combo light will have a separate switch in the cab (giving me a total of 4 switches in the cab). The ambient backlight wil be triggered by ignition so that it acts as a DRL.

Installed a red LED kit in the footwells, looks pretty great. I'll get some pictures up as soon as it gets dark.

Also, tried switching the Nite-Lux LED bulbs to the new Silver-Lux LED bulbs which are supposed to be quite a bit brighter, but they did't fit. Very disappointing.

Grille is supposed to get delivered Wednesday :D
