Old weather stripping around windows causing issues

The weather stripping/window seals around my driver's side and passenger's side windows is very old, possibly original, and has become so brittle that it's cracking and breaking off in small pieces. This is both inside and outside of the seals along the whole perimeter of the window openings on both doors.

 

The window glass rattles. Rain and dust/dirt are getting into the interior of the door panels. And I've noticed that my windows (electric) don't go up as smoothly as they used to (probably need the parts cleaned and greased).

 

So, I'm looking for info on...

-Where and what type/brand of weather stripping to look for, and an idea of how much it'll cost to buy.

-Tips on taking out the old stripping and putting in the new.

-Advice on what all to check out inside the door panel, in case of issues caused by moisture getting in there, and how to fix those things (might as well make sure everything's taken care of )
