Project N-Fab bars. couldn't bring myself to spend the money on amps so we ordered n-fabs.

 

Arrival!

 

 

Factory bars removed. looks good like this. especially now that color matched fender flares were installed.

 

 

Ugh they hit the fender flares.

 

 

after a visit to my uncles garage and some dremel-ing no more rubbing flares.

decided to try my hand at painting the tailgate handle myself. turned out ok.

Westin 3.5" Contour Bull Bar arrived.

 

And just like that the kid in the parking lot didn't see the giant truck behind him when he was backing up.

Bull bar gets installed anyway.

finally a custom grille.

30" LED Light bar installed behind the grille.

 

 

Custom Relay panel built

 

 

Switches installed.

Custom Octopus steel emblem, plasti-dip red has been mounted. Al has arrived.

The octopus is not a joke. I am a huge Detroit Red Wings fan and the Octopus happens to be our mascot. Al is Al Sobotka the Red Wings Zamboni driver that slings Octopi above his head during the play offs.

Decided to have the front windows re-tinted. So saved 50 bucks by removing the front tint ourselves.

 

 

I love that the front strip is just about an inch lower as it blocks a lot more sun
