Tow mirror upgrade

I have a 14 high country with power fold. Will the mirror bolt up retain power fold. From what i am reading is that i would have to hard wire the amber marker lights in order for them to work.

You would have to buy the DQS tow mirror, and not the mirrors they sell in the kit (which are DPN no power fold). To do it the GM way, on a 2014 you need both front door harnesses (DQS mirror specific), and the extra jumper harness. All three of those pieces will make the lights work. Otherwise, you will have power fold, memory, signal, heat and power glass but no lights unless you wired them (either the GM way or whatever way you choose).

 

Oh and you will have to drill a 4th hole for the 4th mount stud on the tow mirror.
